Bridge Demolition on Oneota Street to start October 10, 2020
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth/DEDA will be having a contractor demolish Bridge L8493 (old CP rail) on Oneota Street starting Saturday, October 10th. The bridge is located on the corner of Oneota St and S 37th Ave W. The contractor will start with removal of the main span over the roadway, which will require a complete roadway closure. The closure is planned on Saturday between 9 am and 3 pm. Work will then continue starting on Monday, with minimal traffic impacts, and the project is estimated to be complete by the end of the week.
