Mayor Larson to announce 2021 tourism tax distributions at a press conference tomorrow, December 8

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Larson will announce 2021 tourism tax distributions at a virtual press conference tomorrow, December 8, at 1:00 p.m. Tourism taxes are collected on specific purchases including hotel-motel, food, and beverages and are used to fund legislatively allowable expenses mandated by Minnesota Laws and City Ordinances.

Due to the press conference being held virtually, residents can watch live on the City’s Facebook page. As a reminder, you do not need to have a Facebook account to access the press conference. If you are a member of the public and have a question before the press conference, please email info@duluthmn.gov, and your question will be answered. Questions posted on social media will not be answered until the completion of the press conference.
