City to remove snow in Chester Park neighborhood on Tuesday, February 16
[Duluth, MN] City of Duluth Street Maintenance crews will be conducting a snow train in the Chester Park neighborhood beginning on Tuesday, February 16. Crews will remove snow on 19th Avenue East from College Street to 8th Street and on College Street from 19th Avenue East to Woodland Avenue. No parking signs have been posted in the affected areas. Residents are asked to not park in the areas between the areas of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30p.m. on the day of snow removal.
