[DULUTH, MN] On 2/15/2021 at 11:18 PM, Duluth police officers responded to the report of shots heard in the area of the 20 Block of Village View Drive. Upon arrival, officers learned a small silver car was seen leaving the scene at a high rate of speed after the sound of shots. Officers located shell casings, canvassed the area, and did not locate suspects. There were no injuries or damage to buildings reported.
