City Crews responding to water main break at 2511 Morris Thomas Road

[Duluth, MN] City of Duluth Utility Operations crews is responding to broken water main located in the Piedmont neighborhood. The break was reported at 9:13 a.m. and is located at 2511 Morris Thomas Road.  Nine houses and a church have been impacted by water being shut off.  It is not known how long it will take the fix the break.

Crews ask drivers to be conscious of their work and avoid the work zone if possible.

City staff would like to thank those in the affected area for their patience. Crews are working to repair the break and restore water service as quickly as they can.
