[DULUTH, MN] The Duluth Police Department has partnered with Tip411 to provide a way for citizens to submit tips anonymously. Community is our strength and we rely on citizens to be our eyes and ears to help us keep our community safe. We also understand that anonymity can be important for individual and family safety. By filling out a short form online, an anonymous tip could be the key to solving a crime and holding someone accountable. The form asks the following questions:
- What/subject
- Where/location
- Details/description
The form also allows citizens to attach a file, such as photos or videos. The form can be found on the Duluth Police Department website under “Information and Services” or by following this link: https://www.citizenobserver.com/cov6/app/webTipForm.html?id=10341.
