Public Utilities Commission to hold a public meeting on proposed delay in stormwater rate increase
[Duluth, MN] The Duluth Public Utilities Commission will hold a virtual public hearing regarding a proposed delay of the stormwater rate increase on Tuesday, March 16 at 5:15 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed delay and to receive comments from the public regarding the proposed delay.
City staff is seeking input from the public. Input can be provided virtually at the meeting or submitted in writing to jbenning@duluthmn.gov before the meeting. Please include “March 2021 DPUC Agenda” in the subject line, include your name, address, and the agenda item you are speaking to in the body of the email. The Commission’s agenda can be found online at https://duluthmn.gov/boards-commissions/duluth-publicutilities-commission/. Please note that all public comment is considered Public Data.
The public hearing portion of the meeting will begin promptly at 5:15 p.m. Members of the public can participate in the hearing and meeting and provide public comment on the proposed stormwater rate increase delay and other agenda items through WebEx Events.
