City Crews responding to water main break in the Woodland neighborhood
[Duluth, MN] City of Duluth Utility Operations crews are responding to a broken water main in the Woodland neighborhood. The break was reported shortly after eleven this morning. The break is located at the intersection of West Winona Street and Elysian Avenue. It is not known how long it will take the fix the break.
