Power restored, City Hall to reopen to the public at 10:00 a.m
[Duluth, MN] Power has been restored at Duluth City Hall. The building will reopen to the public at 10:00 a.m. this morning.
City staff would like to thank the public for their patience and understanding in regards to the power outage that affected City Hall this morning.
