City to hold press conference on lead testing results

Tuesday, June 22, 2021 | 11:00 a.m. | Duluth City Hall- Priley Circle Steps

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Emily Larson and Jim Benning, Director of Public Works, will hold a press conference tomorrow, June 22, at 11:00 a.m. to share the results of the free lead testing that was provided to 100 residents in April of this year. Those who were selected to be a part of the testing sample had to live in single-family homes built before 1930.

City staff received the results of the tests on Friday, June 18, and want to share those results with the public.

The press conference will be open to the public. The press conference will also be live-streamed on the City’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/City-of-Duluth-MN-Government-197321860309981. You do not need a Facebook account to view the press conference.
