INCIDENT LOCATION: 4700 block of London Road

Duluth Police respond to passenger versus semi-tanker crash

[Duluth, MN] At approximately 1:40 p.m. the Duluth Police Department, Duluth Fire, Mayo Ambulance, and MN State Patrol responded to a semi-tanker truck versus passenger car crash with possible injuries. The crash happened on the 4700 block of London Road. On arrival, Officers found a west bound passenger car with an adult male drive had collided with an east bound semi-tanker truck. The male driver of the passenger car was extricated by the Duluth Fire Department and transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries at this time. The driver of the semi-tanker was uninjured.

The Duluth Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident. Impairment is not believed to be a factor of the crash at this time. No additional information is available at this time.
