Brighton Beach to temporarily remain open due to change in construction plan
[Duluth, MN] Due to a change in construction planning, Brighton Beach will remain open until further notice. The City of Duluth will update the public when a new closure date is scheduled. City staff would like to apologize for this change, and any confusion that this may create.
