The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the release of Level III Predatory Offender, Eric Devone Pegues, DOB 02/23/1982.
Pegues is now living in the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.
Pegues history includes sexual contact with a female victim, age 13. The contact included fondling and penetration and Pegues gained compliance through the use of force and through an accomplice. Pegues was not known by the victim.
The physical description of Pegues is:

Height: 5 feet 10
Weight: 199 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black
Build: Medium
Complexion: Medium
