REMINDER - MUNICIPAL PRIMARY TOMORROW

[Duluth, MN] – The City of Duluth Primary Election is tomorrow, Tuesday, August 10, 2021.  Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.   Find your polling place by visiting https://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/ 

Duluth residents can check their registration status at www.mnvotes.org.  You can register at the polls on Election Day by providing proof of residence.  A list of acceptable forms of proof of residence is available here: https://www.sos.state.mn.us/elections-voting/register-to-vote/register-on-election-day/

The following races are on the ballot:

  • Duluth City Council At-Large (Two Seats)
  • Duluth City Council Second District
  • Duluth City Council Fourth District

Masks recommended! The St. Louis County Health Division is recommending mask wearing for all indoor, public places in St. Louis County due to substantial transmission rates of COVID-19.   It is therefore strongly recommended that all voters wear a mask at polling locations on Election Day regardless of vaccination status.   

Absentee ballots must be returned to the City Clerk’s Office by 3:00 p.m. on Election Day.  Ballots cannot be returned to polling locations.
