INCIDENT LOCATION: Downtown Duluth, Canal Park, Bayfront Area

Due to the Tall Ships Festival and the extensive road construction throughout Duluth, the traffic flow in Downtown, Canal Park area and on other major roadways in Duluth continues to be extremely congested.  The Duluth Police Department asks that you consider alternate routes when traveling into those areas or through Duluth.  Please plan accordingly, be patient, and expect delays in getting to your destination.  Thank you.
