Second Street Progress Update
Motorists are now able to drive on Second Street to 12th Avenue East. Road construction is now substantially complete from 4th Avenue East to 12th Avenue East and Second Street. Motorists should be advised starting Tuesday, August 3rd Second Street from 12th Avenue East to 21st Avenue East will be closed as the City continues eastward with the project. Additional storm sewer reconstruction will take place at 23rd Avenue East.
