Portion of East 3rd Street to Close for Utility Work

[Duluth, MN] Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, East Third Street from North Sixth Avenue East to North Fourth Avenue East will be closed for utility work. The closure is expected to last until September 21, 2021. Sidewalk closures will also occur during portions of this project and will be signed accordingly.
