Portion of West 10th Street to close for tree removal beginning tomorrow, October 7

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will be temporarily closing portions of West 10th Street beginning at 7:00 a.m. on October 7, 2021. City crews will be removing trees on West 10th Street between 24th and 27th Avenue West. While crews are working, sidewalks will also be closed to ensure the public’s safety.

Workers will be working from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 7 and are expected to complete their work in removing targeted trees by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8. Traffic will reopen on West 10th Street after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, and will close again Friday morning while crews finish removing trees needing to be taken down.

The City would like to thank the public for their understanding while work is being done, and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
