Mayor Emily Larson and Community Partners Announce Proposed Housing Trust Fund

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Emily Larson and community partners will hold a press conference tomorrow, October 7 at 10:30 a.m. to announce the creation of a proposed Housing Trust Fund. The idea was one of several recommendations brought forward by the Mayor’s Housing Task Force, which convened in 2019.
Mayor Larson will be joined by Councilor Zack Filipovich, City of Duluth Senior Housing Developer Jason Hale, LISC Executive Director Pam Kramer, and Duluth Housing & Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Jill Keppers.
