SUBJECT: Police Seek Publics Help in Assault Case

 Description:    

 

The Duluth Police are seeking anyone with information on an assault that occurred Tuesday night in the area of 27th Avenue West and Second Street that has left a 48 year old Duluth man hospitalized.

 

On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at 10:39 p.m., Duluth Police responded to the area of 27th Avenue West and Second Street on the report of a man down who appeared to bleeding from the neck.  Officers located the 48 year old Duluth male who had lacerations to his face and back of head.  The male was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.

 

Police are asking that anyone with information on the assault, or if they witnessed any kind of altercation in the area of 27th Avenue West and Second Street after 9:30 pm on Tuesday night, to call the Duluth Police Department at (218) 730-5050.  No further information is available at this time.
