City crews removed delineators on West Superior Street ahead of plow season
[Duluth, MN] This morning, City crews removed delineators on West Superior Street, in the Lincoln Park Business District, in an effort to prevent damage during plowing operations this winter. City crews will re-install the delineators next spring when weather allows.
