INCIDENT LOCATION: 2100 block of W Superior St

Individual booked in St. Louis County Jail on multiple pending charges 

At around 2:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 17, Duluth Police Officers were dispatched to a building that is under construction in the 2100 block of W Superior Street after receiving a report of a burglary in progress.

Upon arrival, Officers set a perimeter, located a suspected entry point and made entry into the building in an attempt to locate the individual. Officer Aubart and K9 Vili were utilized in the search and eventually located the individual who was attempting to hide inside.

The individual, later identified as 28-year-old Duluth resident Sean Perrin, was arrested and transported to the St. Louis County Jail. Perrin was booked on pending charges of 3rd Degree Burglary, Theft of Property, 4th Degree Criminal Damage to Property, and False Name to a Peace Officer. There were no injuries in relation to this incident.
