City crews temporarily shut off water on a small portion of North 40th Avenue West

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth is in the process of replacing a water service line located on a small portion of North 40th Avenue West. Water has been turned off on North 40th Avenue West between the West 7th Street alley and West 8th Street. The replacement is expected to take two hours to replace. Water is expected to be turned back on by 2:00 p.m.
