Construction to affect traffic on 4th Street between 4th and 5th Avenue East on February 4
[Duluth, MN] Traffic and parking will be impacted by construction on a part of the 4th Street skywalk on Friday, February 4. The westbound drive lane and the parking lane will be closed on 4th Street between 4th Avenue East and 5th Avenue East from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A contractor will be replacing glass panels in the skywalk that were broken by a truck. The contractor expects the work to be completed in one day.
Sidewalks will remain open during construction.
Businesses were notified of the closures ahead of the traffic closure.
