Mayor Emily Larson to provide emergency declaration update

February 9, 2022 | Noon | WebEx and Livestreamed to the City of Duluth’s Facebook page

[Duluth, MN]Mayor Emily Larson will host a virtual press conference at noon tomorrow, February 9, 2022, to address the declaration of a local state of emergency and face-covering requirement that went into effect on January 14, 2022.

“I will be providing an update tomorrow at noon virtually regarding the emergency declaration that is in effect until February 12, 2022,” Mayor Emily Larson said. “I have been talking to the local hospitals, business groups, and others and I look forward to sharing that update tomorrow.”

A WebEx link will be sent to local media to attend.

The press conference will be streamed on the City’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064454631259. Click on the link, and the press conference will be the first post to appear at noon. As a reminder, to view the press conference, the viewer does not need to have a Facebook account to watch.
