City to reopen City Facilities tomorrow, February 23

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will reopen City facilities tomorrow, February 23, that had been closed to the public due to inclement weather. City Hall, the three Duluth Public Library branches, and the CareerForce (Workforce Development) Center will be open for regular operating hours.

The City would like to thank the public’s understanding in keeping City staff and the public safe during the two storms.
