Storm sewer repaired on 21st Avenue East, traffic to be fully restored
[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth has completed the sewer storm repair on 21st Avenue East. Crews are in the process of removing equipment to restore traffic. Traffic is expected to be fully restored by 2:00 p.m. today, March 16, 2022.
The City would like to thank the public for their understanding and patience during the repair.
