Demographic Disparity Analysis Press Conference Invite 

On Wednesday, March 30 at 5:30 p.m., the Citizen Review Board will be hosting a special meeting where the Duluth Police Department will be presenting the Demographic Disparity Analysis at the Public Safety Building’s Training Room (2030 N Arlington Ave). A third-party consultant who wrote the 172-page Demographic Disparity Analysis, Bob Scales with Police Strategies LLC., will also be present to discuss the report. This will be a public forum and the media, along with the public, is welcome to attend. There is limited seating available. The presentation will also be live-streamed via Facebook Live @DuluthMNPolice and questions can be asked on the live stream if you are unable to make it in-person.
