Duluth Police to hold media briefing at 3:30p.m.
[Duluth, MN] The Duluth Police Department will hold a media briefing at 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of North 8th Avenue and East 12th Street to provide additional information on the welfare check happening in the East Hillside.
