On Monday, August 23, 2010, at approximately 0847, the Duluth Police Department responded to the report of a deceased female on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks near the New Page Paper Mill. The preliminary investigation indicates that she was struck by a train sometime after 2100 on August 22 and that it was accidental.
The woman is identified as Cathy Ann Mclevis (DOB/02-09-1962) of Duluth.
