Power restored to water pump station that serves the city of Proctor
[Duluth, MN] City crews and a contractor were able to restore power to the water pump station that serves the city of Proctor.
Water service to Proctor has resumed normal operations.
The City of Duluth would like to thank the City of Proctor and its residents for their patience during this time.
