Projects to improve water service to Duluth Heights/Mall area (revised schedule)

 

The City of Duluth's construction projects for a new elevated water tank and upgrades to the Highland Pump Station that serves the upper Piedmont, Duluth Heights, Duluth International Airport, and the Miller Hill Mall area will begin September 14, rather than September 8 as previously reported. Work is expected to last until November 2011.
