Duluth Police Officers Arrest Individual Without Incident
At approximately 10:45 p.m., Thursday, August 25, Duluth Police Officers conducted a felony stop in the 400 block of Canal Park Drive. During the stop, 22-year-old Shylo Ultican stated a gun was under the passenger seat. Ultican was arrested without incident for pending charges of Gross Misdemeanor possession without a permit, open container, and disorderly conduct. Good work A shift for removing another weapon from the streets, keeping future violence from occurring in our community.
