Individual Arrested on Warrants
At approximately 9:15 a.m., Wednesday, August 31, Duluth Police Officers executed an arrest warrant in the 2500 block of W 3rd St for an individual wanted for a Drive by Shooting in Pine County and 2nd Degree Assault. Officers arrested 25-year-old Justis Harvey without incident and lodged him in the St. Louis County Jail on the warrant. Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force Investigators later executed a search warrant at his residence and seized drugs and an empty pistol holster. Further drug charges are pending.
Good work by all involved for safely taking another violent offender off the streets to continue to provide a safe Duluth for all.
