E Skyline Parkway closed between W Kent Road and Chester Park Drive on September 7

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will temporarily close a portion of E Skyline Parkway between W Kent Road and Chester Park Drive from 7 AM to 12 PM on Wednesday, September 7 to trim overgrown vegetation and remove ash trees along the road right of way.

E Skyline Parkway will not be passable between W Kent Road and Chester Park Drive. The closure includes all pedestrian, bicyclist, and vehicular travel. The park entrance will be accessible from the west. The tree removal and vegetation trimming will mitigate Emerald Ash Borer damage and improve safety for travel along Skyline Parkway.
