Traffic Advisory for Bridging the Gap Women's 10 Mile Race
At 6:30 a.m., Saturday, October 8, Skyline Parkway between Glenwood St and Seven Bridges Rd will close to vehicle traffic. This section of the roadway will remain closed until around 9:00 a.m.
At 7:30 a.m., Saturday, October 8, Seven Bridges road will be closed from Skyline Parkway to Superior Street. This section of the roadway will remain closed until around 10 a.m.
At 7:30 a.m., Saturday, October 8, traffic wanting to travel through the 6000 block of Superior Street should expect delays. The race will cross Superior Street and runners will be given priority. Vehicle traffic is advised to use London Rd. Lakeside residents are advised to use 60th Ave E, 45th Ave E, or 40th Ave E to access London Rd.
There is no parking on 61st Ave E below Superior Street from 7:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8. Violators may be ticketed and towed.
The Lake Walk from 61st Ave E to Leif Erickson Park is reserved for this event.
