Individual Arrested on Multiple Outstanding Warrants
At approximately 6:15 p.m., Monday, October 10, a Duluth Police Officer noticed an individual with multiple outstanding warrants enter a gas station in the 600 block of E 4th St. As the officer advises the individual that he is under arrest for his outstanding warrants, the male becomes uncooperative and flees on foot. A short foot pursuit ensues and 32-year-old Joseph Love was apprehended. Love is lodged in the St. Louis County Jail on his warrants and other pending charges.
