INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 block E Harbor Highlands
Individual Arrested on Pending Charges of Threats of Violence and Domestic Assault
At approximately 2:05 p.m., Duluth Police Officers responded to the 100 block of E Harbor Highlands for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers located a male barricaded in a residence alone. Officers made phone contact with the male, later identified as 28-year-old Miguel McGee, and quickly de-escalated the incident. McGee exited the residence and was arrested without incident. He will be booked at the St. Louis County Jail on pending charges of Threats of Violence and Domestic Assault. Good work by responding officers for safely and quickly de-escalating a potentially dangerous situation.
