Public notice: Utility operations work in lower Piedmont area may cause low water pressure issues today
[DULUTH, MN] Utility Operations is performing some maintenance work in the area of Springvale Avenue and 22nd Street today. Residents in the lower Piedmont area (indicated by the map shown below) may have intermittent water flow and pressure issues. The work is expected to continue through 4:00 PM today. The City thanks the residents in this area for their patience while the work is performed.
