The Duluth Police Department partnered with the Minnesota State Patrol responded to more than 25 party calls from Thursday, September 9th, 2010 to Sunday, September, 12th, 2010.

The Duluth Police Department and Minnesota State Patrol have partnered in DDACTS, Data Driven Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety Program, since February of 2010. This program focuses enforcement on using law enforcement presence to curb crime and crash incidents in identified enforcement areas. 

The Duluth Police Department had eight additional officers working over Friday and Saturday nights adding 48 hours of dedicated patrols for party related calls for service. 

Minnesota State Patrol had nine additional troopers working over Thursday, Friday and Saturday adding 72 hours of dedicated patrols for party related calls for service and traffic safety.

Duluth police took the following enforcement actions associated with college party response: 

10 Social Host citations issued
68 Underage Consumption citations issued
1 Disturbing the Neighborhood citation issued
1 False Name to Police citation issued
1 Fleeing on Foot citation issued
1 Furnishing Alcohol to Underage citation issued
2 Obstructing Legal Process citations issued
1 Disorderly Conduct citation issued
4 Curfew Violation citations issued
2 individuals were brought to Duluth Detoxification Center
1 individual to St. Louis County Jail
