Two Individuals Arrested for Three Counts of 2nd Degree Assault

At approximately 3:25 a.m., Friday, January 6, Duluth Police Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of W Arrowhead Road for a report of two individuals that broke into a home and stabbed two individuals, later turns out to be three victims. Upon arrival, officers located a 53-year-old female, a 32-year-old female, and a 36-year-old male who sustained non-life-threatening wounds from the stabbing. These individuals were transported by ambulance to a local hospital.

22-year-old Duluth resident Tristan St. Clair and 27-year-old Duluth resident Dustin St. Clair were located and apprehended in relation to the stabbings. The suspects knew an individual who was home at the time of the incident. The victims did not know the suspects. This incident remains an active and ongoing investigation.

Tristan St. Clair was booked on pending charges of three counts of 2nd Degree Assault, 1st Degree Burglary, Aid and Abiding, and Misdemeanor Damage to Property. Dustin St. Clair was booked on pending charges of three counts of 2nd Degree Assault, 1st Degree Burglary, Aid and Abiding, and Threats of Violence.
