Three Juveniles Arrested for Pending Second Degree Riot 

At approximately 9:45 a.m., Wednesday, January 11, Duluth Police Officers were dispatched to a report of three individuals with a gun in the stairwell of the skywalk. Additional calls were dispatched stating the individuals were shooting at people with what appeared to be pellet guns. Responding officers located the three individuals and detained them without incident. Three pellet guns, which looked like real firearms, were seized. An individual, who had a prior contact with the suspects, sustained a minor wound to their face during this incident.

The three individuals, a 15-year-old male, and two 17-year-old males were transported to Arrowhead Juvenile Center for pending charges of 2nd Degree Riot.

Good work to officers on B-shift for quickly responding to this incident and holding these individuals accountable.
