Duluth Economic Development Authority Declines Recently Submitted Proposal Regarding the Pastoret Terrace
[Duluth, MN] The Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) has declined a recently submitted proposal in response to a request for proposals (RFP) regarding the Pastoret Terrace.
The submitted proposal came from Endion Station, LLC. Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act § 13.591, the City and DEDA are not able to provide any further information about the submitted proposal.
DEDA will continue to explore alternatives to demolition of the Pastoret Terrace. Both DEDA and the City of Duluth are committed to revitalizing the First Street corridor.
