Mayor Larson, Duluth Library Foundation Announce Partnership

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Emily Larson will be joined by Duluth Library Foundation Executive Director Erin Kreeger, Duluth Library Manager Carla Powers, and Workforce Development Director Elena Foshay to announce a partnership on a process for a community-informed predesign for conversion of the Downtown Library to a multi-purpose, regional community service center.
Members of the media and public are invited to the press conference being held at the Duluth Library’s downtown branch at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
