Scott County Attorney Pat Ciliberto has completed his BCA case review of the August 5th, 2010 shooting incident and found the deadly force used by Duluth Police Officer Jeff Keast was justified. A copy of the case review is included with this release.
Duluth Police will be holding a news conference today at 2:30 p.m. to discuss the incident and release the in-squad video. The news conference will take place in the Police Training room on the main floor of city hall.
