INCIDENT LOCATION: East Forth Street
HillFest
On Saturday, September 18, 2010, the new event "HillFest" will be taking place on Forth Street from 5th to 7th Avenues East. The event will take place between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. Beginning at 10:00 a.m. traffic will be diverted off of East Forth Street in the 500 and 600 blocks, and at 1:00 p.m. traffic will be detoured from 6th Avenue East from 2nd to 5th Streets, to allow for event set up.
Motorists should obey temporary "No Parking" signs in the area of the event. The DTA will be using 7th Avenue East during the time frame 6th Avenue is closed. Violators may be tagged and towed.
Traffic should return to normal by approximately 8:00 p.m.
