Mayor Emily Larson announces her 7th State of the City Address

Wednesday, March 22, 2023 | 6:00 PM | The West Theatre| 319 N Central Avenue, Duluth, MN

 

[Duluth, MN] Mayor Emily Larson will deliver her seventh State of the City Address at The West Theatre, 319 N Central Avenue, at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22.  City of Duluth Honor Guard, music, and remarks by City Council President Janet Kennedy will open the program, with the Mayor’s speech immediately after. The West Theatre will have popcorn available at no charge, and concessions available for purchase.

The City will provide a livestream of the speech on the City of Duluth Facebook page. Viewers do not have to have a Facebook account to view the livestream. The City’s page can be found here:
