Duluth Public Library branches to delay opening tomorrow due to weather

 

[Duluth, MN] Out of an abundance of caution for the public and staff, all Duluth Public Library locations will open two hours late on Monday, March 13 due to weather conditions. Doors at all Library locations will open at noon. The City of Duluth thanks residents for their patience and understanding.
