Missing Persons
On Sunday, March 19, Duluth Police took a report of a missing persons. The reporting party stated the individual, 35-year-old Duluth resident Joshua Parker, was last seen on Thursday, March 16. Parker is described as being a white male, 6 feet tall, 210 pounds with brown hair, a beard, and brown eyes. He was last seen leaving the Keyboard Lounge (224 3rd Ave in Proctor, MN) wearing a nWo t-shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black jacket. He may have had heavier clothing on described as a Minnesota Wild sweatshirt. Parker was entered into NCIC as a missing persons.
