Missing Person Found Deceased
On Wednesday, March 22, Duluth Police located 35-year-old Duluth resident Joshua Parker deceased in the 220 block of 45th Ave E. Initial investigation shows that no foul play was suspected and he died from cold weather conditions. Next of kin has been notified. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Joshua's family, friends, and loved ones as they are grieving his loss.
We want to share our appreciation to the St Louis County Rescue Squad for their unwavering dedication in searching for Joshua, as well as the public for sharing the information and sending in tips.
